There are thousands of starving and injured animals that need help, while the shelter has 1) very limited space, 2) very limited number of caretakers and volunteers, and 3) strict quarantine protocols.

Quarantine Protocols

Newly admitted animals are placed in quarantine to ensure that disease does not spread within our facility. Our quarantine area is almost always at full capacity, unless people agree to foster or provide a temporary home to these animals until they can be admitted.
