I will keep my dog on a leash or in a crate/carrier while inside the PAWS compound.

In accordance with Republic Act No. 9482, dogs must not be allowed to roam in public areas. PAWS will not be liable for any escaped dogs or biting incidents resulting from improper handling of their owners.

I will place my cat(s) inside a secure carrier. 

Many cases of cats escaping involve soft or foldable cat bags with zippers or collapsible carriers that have not been secured properly. PAWS will not be liable for any escaped cats due to defective cages, carriers, etc.

I will not attempt to open the cat(s) carrier while in transit or within the PAWS compound.

Please seek the help of our caretakers who will perform pet transfers protocols within a locked room. PAWS will not be liable for any escaped animals due to improper handling of their owners.

I will return to pick up my cat(s) from PARC once the procedure is done.

The PAWS compound is fitted with security cameras. Footage may be used to prosecute pet abandoners.

My pet(s) will undergo fasting 12 hours prior to surgery.

Not fasting your pet may result in complications during surgery.
